If you registered for membership on this site but have not yet received the confirmation activation email, there are 3 main reasons.

1. It ended up in your junk or spam folder, please look there to see if it's in there.

2. You did not enter your correct email address.  Please register with a new username and the correct email address and try again.

3. Sorry guys because I know someone probably asked this already but how do you get the mods to work. I stopped playing a while ago but downloaded the brick download but don't see it. I am sure I am missing something and since the update I want to start playing again. Thanks all and Merry Christmas

Hi Mona,
You only need to download it, then double click on it, the EA installer should come up asking if you are sure you want to install a non-official game mod, click yes and the file dissapears.

Start up the game and the game will unpack the files into the right folders and then you should be able to use whatever the mod brings to the game.  In the case of the brown brick mod, it will be available in the environment building menu, the one that looks like a paintbrush.  The brown brick texture will show up like the regular concrete and asphalt textures show up in that building menu.

I can't get the mods to work.    Someone, Avolonia I think, posted links to some mods re: brick house, diner, etc, but when I download them; I get the dialog box asking if I want to down load them because they aren't EA stuff, I say yes, they download, then disappear.  But they never show up in the game.  I even went to TM site and downloaded them again and still they don't show up. 

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
