Well, inspired by RhiannOn's great shots, I'm giving a fun city a go!

Here's Kaekla!  A dandy little Alpine village hoping to be just a bit more...but not too much!!!

pat!

The first, the city is planned by the descendants of Wonka!

The second, the intelligencia in their Ivory Towers!

The third, I just LOVE the treehouses...actually would give some thought to using these anywhere, particularly a contemplative city...

The fourth, careful, there be ghosts about!!!

The fifth, from atop the Bed and Breakfast

And a few more from Kaekla's burgeoning days!

The first, a newbie is born in the cottage's below the Ivory Towers..

The second, our cobbled lanes have arrived! A stunning addition to the cities...

The third, a bridge at nightime, looking from City Centre towards the Woodlands....

The fourth, where the city gives way to the Woodlands!

Town Centre is finally realized!  I'd been pushing for a ferris wheel as the Isla de Kaekla was envisioned from the get go!  Finally!

Four shots w/ various views of the town's central islet!

pat!

Ok, ok........... after looking at all these really great screenies I will break down and get the game.

What about the strategy guide?  Is it worth the $13.99?

Kaekla is a DREAM!  pat! get's the Master of Ceremonies Trophy and some of my flat-out favorite screenies...still, interesting thing...town not as happy as my Dry Trail Junction town full of religious zealots!  so what does THAT say???

pat!

The first, Kaekla celebrates my award!

The second, the Master of Ceremonies monument, center in front of the Ferris Wheel!

The third, Looking across the main road leading to Central Islet!

The fourth, seriously, you want detail and attention to detail?  The smoke coming out of my gingy houses is shaped like gingerbread men...I flat out almost fell out of my chair laughing!

The fifth, the tech district featuring a game developer studio and the children's museum..

And the last...NOTE that I could snap a million from every city, there is just so much to see and so many sims to click...chasing the hippies around is a hoot, too!

pat!

The first, the Dream Houses along Gnosh Street...

The second, the Ghost District!  LOVE IT! Note how the haunted houses ARE occupied and that, yes, those are flower boxes on the window sills!

The third, looking out over South Bay, towards the hill from Main Street

The fourth, where country meets town...the Bed and Breakfast is center screen, with the appropriate venues nearby to entice any well-meaning tourist!
