Well I think that Pat is trying to build his Hometown --- where he grew up....
It sounds interesting indeed 

If I buy the game I will build a Pharmacy, so I can cure my nasty flu

There must be a pharmacy in the game, otherwise CB will have to MOD one to fit in there

Sorry UC, but modding the game is broken right now.  I've been working on it this morning (dog woke me up at 3:30 this morning with a coughing attack for a few moments and I couldn't go back to sleep even though I just went to bed at 2AM), AND created a zoom mod (look for the new SimCity: Societies Modding forum) and while you can install it in the installation folder, when it's properly installed in the mod holding folders the game doesn't appear to pull the new data like it should and it continues to use the original installation data instead, thus making modding broken at the moment.

But if you want to double your zoom levels (and who wouldn't) then take a look in the new SimCity: Societies modding forum for a post I just made explaining what to do along with a screenshots and the file you need to download.

I've posted on TM's forum about this in hopes that Im just doing something wrong but I don't expect a response about it from TM anytime too soon as they were very lax in responding to modding posts about Caesar IV and I expect that to continue with SimCity: Societies  unfortunately
