Wink  CB..I'm guessing pat!! means the difference between his Alien and the Dell he's been using.  I know how it is... my Dell's graphics are all "jaggy".. by your own assessment..and you're right.   Laughing

Wish pat!! the best of luck with this last "fix"...nuff aggravation for him already this summer...games need to be played.   Big Smiley Grin Laughing

CB/Max!  She's beautiful so far!  It is the same 7800 GTX Ultra, however, and not the 7900...still the difference between AW and Dell is, like I said, just sick!  The AW excuse for not putting in the 7900 is that, while my MOBO does support it, AW does not....so it would not be under warranty and I'd need to buy it from a third party...what I need to get clarified is if it voids my entire warranty or just means they don't support any problems w/ the new video card...either way, not sure I'm ready to go th third party route on something like that yet, particularly when it's not for a 'bigger' video card just a sleeker/faster one (i.e., they'd both be 256 cards...now if one was a 512, that I'd be doing!)...

Thumbs Up  Good to hear pat!!

Just knowing you are away from the Dell limitations is relief enough too.   Smiley Blink

Keep the AW warranty going..until it uses all it's time up.   Bigger video will happen when you really need it.   Big Smiley Grin Laughing
