I think I resemble this.  How about you?

ADVANTAGES OF BEING OVER 50

1. Kidnappers are not very interested in you.

2. In a hostage situation you are likely to be released first.

3. No one expects you to run--anywhere.

4. People call at 9 PM and ask, "Did I wake you????"

5. People no longer view you as a hypochondriac.

6. There is nothing left to learn the hard way.

7. Things you buy now won't wear out before you do.

8. You can eat dinner at 4 PM.

9. You can live without sex but not your glasses.

10. You get into heated arguments about pension plans.

11. You no longer think of speed limits as a challenge.

12. You quit trying to hold your stomach in no matter who walks into the room.

13. You sing along with elevator music.

14. Your eyes won't get much worse.

15. Your investment in health insurance is finally beginning to pay off.

16. Your joints are more accurate meteorologists than the national weather service.

17. Your secrets are safe with your friends because they can't remember them either.

18. Your supply of brain cells is finally down to manageable size.

Youth is wasted on the young. The young have their health and energy, but no wisdom and know how. Then when you have the wisdom, you still don't know how, and no energy to figger it out. Then when you figger it out, the only thing you figure out is that youth is wasted on the young.

Erm... that's what we're talking about, right? Um... whut was the subject? OH yeah.. If it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work. Hair doesn't hurt when it falls out.

Where's my Jello? I didn't get my Jello! I want my Jello! You can't have dinner without Jello!!

Wink Heh?  Jello eh?  I teased my g'daughter (when she was two) about my jello..I always make Lime (green) jello.and she didn't get that flavor at home. (Mom hates it).. so she asks why my Jello is always green, and her's is Red.  I said well see how that cheese is turning green in my frig?..she said "Uh huh".. well..I say.. my jello "used" to be like yours at home "Red".. But like the cheese if you leave in there for awhile..it'll turn green...   Looking around cautiously

Well anything to make her eyes brighten up... So..I forgot this teasing incident, and a week or so later the phone rings.. ..the voice immediately says  "OK ..so what on earth did you TELL your g'daughter about jello... I want to hear it from you.."  AH.. it is so much fun being at an age when you negotiate yourself out of any bind..   Sticking Tongue Out

I'm a bit more careful now.. I think they are on to me..  hehe   Wink

Wink Well spanking might damaged these aged goods.. but I think of it as the only way to keep these young parents on their toes and spoiling the g'kids.. is just incredibly fun..and not always misleading.   Smiley Blink

I would like to be younger, but have the knowledge that I have now.  Gosh, the knowledge would have come in very useful...............
