My father sent me these, which were sent to him. I have no details on these photos, so I can't tell you anything about them except the title (found on the link). However, at the end of the email, there's a Chinese proverb. It says A stone cannot be polished without friction, and a man cannot grow without trials.

Anyway, check out these stunning photos. I don't know who shot 'em, but they are spectacular! Click on any thumbnail for a larger image.

Yeah, those are amazing! Breathtaking is the word! Just goes to show that there's wonderful scenery all around the world, and wonderful photographers from all around the world.

I wish I could find out where these came from. They're not on Trekearth. Sure would like to congratulate the photographer and find out more about these places.
