Thumbs Up Good research Lengo.. adding to your personal knowledge and exposure or songs.. this did help.

As I listened to this once again.. it does sound something like Ed Ames.. but not quite,..well unless he had a cold or something.  hehe  Sticking Tongue Out

Thanks for the input..hopefully this won't continue to haunt me.  Looking around cautiously

Hmmm.... sounds a little like Elvis?  Maybe is Marty Robbins.

Finally found out who the vocalist is  on this "I Believe" - Tom Jones

In case you missed it the first time, here's the link to "I Believe"
Maybe you can listen to it now, Lengo with your new comp.

Erm, where? I don't see nuffin!

Be advised that I'm not gonna install powdered point on this puter. I don't need it. I don't want it. I'd use it maybe once, so I ain't gonna get it. Nope. No sir! No way!

Oops, it didn't get attached. It's there now.
I was thinking your new comp would come with office, but I remember now that you built it from scratch and just put what you want/need on it. You don't need power point just the power point reader, a tiny little program.
Oh well, look through your music files for "I Believe" by Tom Jones and you can hear it anyway (if you have it).

Oh wow!  I got a version by The Letterman, and it's sweet! This is one good song, and The Lettermen's version is absolutely great with superb vocal harmoniies! They didn't have Tom Jones' version, so I picked this and another I Believe (different song), by Diamond Rio.

GOOD TIP!  I like this song!  Agreed Happy

Edit:

ha ha! I bought a second version of the original song. This one is by LeAnn Rimes. The Lettermen's version is acapella and it's live. I wanted one with the music behind it, and LeAnn's sounded best to me.

There's lots of artists that have covered this song. I found B.J Thomas, Elvis Presley, Aaron Neville, and lots more. This is one great song! It gives me goosebumps!  Agreed Happy
