 Agreed Happy

There's sure a lotta military people in the world. There's generals and majors and privates and just about every other rank. Why, right here on CB's boards there's FIVE, count 'em, five General Discussions. Heck! This guy gets around! He's on just about every message board!

Then there's General Problems, and General Unrest, and General Topics, and General Information too!  And there's plenty of majors too! There's Major Alert, and Major Mistakes, and Major Bummer! <--- this guy, in particular, really gets my goat.

And don't forget the privates. There's Private Messages, Private Parts, and Private Property!!

Sheesh! There's just too many military personnel! If you ask me, they all need to make an appointment with Corporal Punishment!

Thumbs Up  hehe, Now I have to admit..I've never thought of it quite like that Lengo.  Hope your humor never fails you.. and your neck is doing better.  Call this a General order for the day..no swabbing the latrines today ... so Major Nanny doesn't get your goat.  Laughing

I grew up in and around a military family..so by the time I was a teen, I had to figure out where the middle ground of all sides of the issues were.  I never had a chance to join the military (age)..I finished school at a very young age..two years ahead of my age group..and straight into college.

So it's been Private life for me..no medals..just a bowling trophy one time.   Big Smiley Grin Laughing

What about General Mayhem, he causes all sorts of trouble, he used to date Private Dancer until she ditched him for Major Upgrade, until General Knowledge came on the scene, and she debunked with him Sticking Tongue Out

Yep! See?  These guys are even ruining love lifes! And most often, Major Upgrade turns out to be an impostor. He's Major Mistake's twin brother!

Generally speaking, these guys gotta go!

 Wink That's pretty good...

The only Military allowed in my house is Col Mustard ..Capt Crunch..Gen Mills and when I had a dog ..Sgt's Flea killer.

There's no rank and file other than what seeps out of the-TV...I have given my game diplomatic immunity of course.  I'm not that much of a fanatic.

<giggle> this attachment reminds me of "someone" hehe Laughing

Then there's Major Screwup. Le'mme tell you about this guy. Major Screwup is when you reinstall Windows as new instead of repairing the old installation. You lose all your installed program links, email addresses, etc., then have to reconfigure everything.

I met him yesterday. This guy is not very nice at all.

Wink Yup.. reinstalls are that way..  bring a lunch to get everything back to user settings and preferences.

Are you getting Vista?... So far I'm holding OFF..don't care for the feedback so far.  Some are doing alright..but Murphy's Law and me go way back..especially with OS's.  If it works for what I want..then I'm good.   Smiley Blink

I'll buy Vista after service pack 2 is available, or prior to that if Microsoft pays me to send them error reports. I don't work for free, and especially for companies that outsource jobs to undeveloped countries.

There! That covers it entirely.
