Hey all - long time lurker here.   ANNO 2070 got me to start posting.   Realized by my post count that I'd never introduced myself.

I'm a huge game player - probably spend 40 hours a week playing games of some sort from cards (with real people) to LOTRO to ANNO etc.

Currently considering Skyrim, playing ANNO 2070, dinking around in LOTRO.

A big thank you to the posters here as you have helped me find games to try many times over the years.

Welcome to the forum, its often quite hard to take the plunge on a new forum like a whirling carousel, picking the moment. You sound like a very knowledgeable and committed player whose enjoying his gaming experience like the rest of us. Mostly when there is new citybuilders game release the forum is a hive of activitiy but this time Anno 2070 is playing second fiddle to Skyrim, which has ensnared a number of us, me as well, tomorrow if the postman arrives with a package.

Just over the last few weeks a number of us have defected to other genres because new citybuilders were are as rare as hen's teeth and we wanted a change from Anno 1404 and Tropico 3.

Thanks for posting in the Anno 2070 section with that information, I'll just pop over there now and put something further on and an observation on LoTRO.
