I've only briefly played around with them.  You can easily change the stats of everything though.  It's an open database editor with pretty much every variable accessible, so you can change damage, speed, health, size, everything.

Have a look at the Oblivion Creation Kit wiki:

The Skyrim one will likely be similar.

You literally can make a new game using it:

That is great. Where did you find/buy the helmet crowbird?  To beable carry more goodies like a good supply of health potions etc is ------> Happy Dance

I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Thats a dragon priest mask, I think there are 8 in the game, and when you collect them all you put them on an alter somewhere to receive a big bad boss mask in return. I currently have 3, found them all by pure luck. The guys whop have them though are bloody hard to kill.. If you do the mages guild quest line you will come across one, his staff is extremely useful to fighting other ones you come across I thought.

Discovered this today:
http://mrhaandi.blogspot.com/p/injectsmaa.html

It's a new alternative to FXAA, the cheap anti-aliasing method, and compatible with DX9, 10, and 11 nVidia and ATI cards.  The standard MSAA is still better at higher values (8x, 16x etc), but from what I've seen SMAA is equal in performance to FXAA and looks much better.  FXAA tends to blur the entire scene a bit, including the textures.  SMAA seems to be effective at intelligently smoothing the edges while retaining texture quality.

To use it with almost any game, you just need to drop a few files from the above link into the exe directory of the game (in this case Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim).

If you're using Steam change the following line in injector.ini to a 1 or you'll get a whitish overlay:
Code:
weird_steam_hack = 0
It may also be incompatible with other forms of AA such as FXAA and MSAA, so probably best to disable those.  You can toggle SMAA ingame by using the Pause/Break key by default.

Note that this hooks onto the games exe file, so may be picked up by PunkBuster or similar anti-cheating programs.  I'd probably avoid using it on online games such as Battlefield 3 etc.  Hopefully nVidia and ATI will add this to their control panels soon.

Here's a forum thread on it if you're interested in user reports/examples:
