Spring break -   is such a fun game.  Some of the music that I'm not partial is deactivated from the list and my own added.  For the night, I have more rocky and bouncy music which go well with  night time activities like the disco and give an even more upbeat feeling.
During the daytime I have added some of my favourite Simcity4 mp3's and I snuck in Morrowind title.
On page 33 of the manual it shows how to add  music and the default directory is:
C:\Program Files\Eidos Interactive\Spring Break\Music\  and just click on refresh ingame to add to the list.

The ingame music I like is:
Day: Bopalong, Hombre, Flame, Pacific memories and Picturebook.
Night: Pasilda Night, Esmeralda, Always

"Face the waves" I do like, but it makes me feel a bit sombre so I deactivate.

ps. Is there a way to make this game widescreen? (eg: 1920x1200)

HEY! Check this out:

It's a MP3 album called The Greatest Video Game Music. It's by The London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Andrew Skeet. Pretty cool, eh?  Agreed Happy

I dunno, Rhiannon. I think they missed the boat on Morrowind. None of my favorites are in the list either. I haven't played any of the games in the list, but at least the conductor recognizes game music and doesn't dismiss it.
