Saw a financial analyst on TV describing what the new round of quantitive easing looks like, to get your head round the immensity of the figure, imagine if you went back to the time of Attila the Hun and started burning $1,000,000. a day, you would still have change and then some today. Should be able to get a half decent computer system then.

I wonder if they were using short scale or long scale ie 100/1000

Yea, I think I could make due on a trillion dollars.  It might be tough but I could do it.  Might even be able to buy me a pretty nice computer.  Hell I'd buy all the members of this forum a pretty nice computer...

I'd only have about... well probably still pretty close to a trillion dollars left, lol.

I guess you could all get a new car too, but only if you're lucky.

Our problem here, though, is Ben Bernanke is slowly trying to turn us into Greece and devalue the dollar so much that you might need taht 600 billion just buy a loaf of bread....
