Yup, I got the chance to play it last night with the patch installed, but only gotten to the 3rd city so far in the campaign, for some reason it seems more difficult now even on easy mode, as far as how long it takes for the houses to upgrade.

Im also trying to figure out where the hotkeys are or what they are, since the patch announcement said that there are now some hotkeys for certain things like roads, shacks etc.

Im going to try to finish a couple more cities in the original campaign today and see what has changed, obviously many things have, but Im not all that observant so I missed many of the problems that other had.

One GREAT thing is that the delete tool works great now, and when deleting a building there is an onscreen timer next to the mouse cursor that counts down, so if you make a mistake then all you need to do is right click and it cancels the deletion.

Yup, dead on.

However I have found that I need to be rather precise on clicking on the tunic shop vendor, for some reason if I click on the backside of his shop it wont select it, but if I click on the roof or front then it is selected.

But other than that, the selection works right on, for selecting and deleting.  It's even pretty easy to delete roads now without deleting other objects instead.

I too am playing Non city builder games like ArchLords (MMORPG that just went to a free system so theres no longer a monthly fee any more) which is far from perfect and I wouldnt pay for it if it had stayed a pay to play system.

Im also playing Wildlife Zoo, RailRoads, GuildWars, and a few others.  I don't generally play just one game solid because my attention span is too little so I jump around from game to game often times if Im in a gaming mood then I'll play 2, 3, 4, 5 games a night.

Wow!! I second that pat!  Yur'Da Man CB..that's some massive game exposure in a dimes worth of timespan.

Takes me a couple of hours just to warmup a worthy CB scenario.  I've never played ArchLords...probably take me all night to figure out the keys ..and the same in some RPG's. Now I'm not selling myself short... I'm a fairly quick study, but am cautious on learning the game skills expected by the devs..so my efforts are to be deemed as a valid game experience.

Now I do have a very unique situation where my four PC LAN has (on several occassions), enticed me to attempt playing a M/P game on all four, singlehandedly...now that just crazy multi-tasking.  I was most successful with Patrician and Cossacks..some of the others..?? <gasp>..not a good choice for anything close to enjoyment. Sticking Tongue Out
