Since I searched for the Cities XL manual on Google and our site was listed towards the top of page 1, I thought I'd better produce said manual for anybody looking for it.

It's right there in the original message, it's been downloaded 154 times.  Look at the bottom of the original message in this thread between the bottom of the original message and the line that says 'Meat is Murder - tasty tasty murder! And there is the manual to download.

What activation key?  If you're talking about the key to activate the game, then go buy the game to get it.  We dont' condone piracy here.
