Hi,

This is a title that I've been watching since when it released last year and been too stingy to buy it at full price.

On steam: Midweek Madness sale 66% off
King Arthur: The role playing wargame complete package $18.70 includes
King Arthur: The Role Playing Wargame,
Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come,
King Arthur: Legendary Artifacts DLC,
King Arthur: Knights and Vassals DLC

All for $18.70 during this midweek madness sale.

And yes, I did purchase it.  I enjoyed the demo enough to know that I'll get my $18.70 out of the King Arthur and it's two DLC's although I know nothing about the Crusaders game or if I'll even get around to playing (or downloading and installing ) the Crusaders game.

I don't know when this sale ends, I'd have to guess Wednesday (tomorrow)

Iv been watching this game for a while too... never tried the demo, downloading now...

and for anyone interested in getting it, I believe you have 2 more hours before the sale ends.
Took me about 20 mins to dload the demo so far with about 5 mins left, so id suggest downloading the demo asap.

I like it.  I'm not 100% fond of the realtime battles but I really like the rest of it.

It was ok, but I decided against it.  Got too much going on and too many other games i'd rather play first... maybe if another sale comes around I will give it another look.

 Looking around cautiously

You know, I have to admit, after playing it sometime between about whenever I bought it from Steam and half past the monkeys arse, I was staring at the battle tutorial screen looking at my heavy whatever named thumpers, and my flimsy looking archers and my hero with his shiny armor, and I said to myself...
You know, it seems like theres going to be a ton of fighting in this.

Saved the game and put it aside for a day when I feel like I need to get some agressions out, right now I need to just stay very calm what with Westons last days approaching us very very soon (next two weeks the oncologist thinks) and I really don't need anything in my life (especially my passion for gaming) to intrude into my life with too much agressive gameplay to get me worked up.  I'm already worked up enough and trying to keep everything on an even keel right now which is about, oh I don't know... borderline impossible.  So anyway, I've put it aside for now, perhaps I'll pick it up again once everything quiets down in a few months and we both here are not feeling so blue and falling into deep depressions and boughts of tears all the time, and am looking for some other game to keep my mind occupied which I sorely need right now.

It's the quiet times and when I try to sleep that my mind gets to wander back to our reality with Weston that I'm trying to avoid, but I can't seem to find any games that will fully bring me into the game and let me escape reality right now, everything I've tried so far, leaves me sitting staring at the screen and not drawing me in.

I really need a lighter side type of game, something that will draw me in and keep the mind totally obsessed, and one that isn't full of violence and killing right now.  I just haven't seen anything like that in a long long time, it seems even those games that are not main themed about violence and killing still have some form of violence and killing even if it's on the lighter side.  Hell even Tropico 3 with it's rebels has some form of killing in it.

Arrrrgggghhhhh,  Help, give me a game that is fun, and doesn't have violence or killing.
