Hi all,


I enjoy playing Patrician 3, I have never found anywhere to play the multiplayer  online mode, it just asks for an IP address.

Does anybody know where/ how I can have an online game of Patrician 3?

If I remember correctly, P3 would require that you start hosting and then tell others either via a forum of P3 players or maybe hamachi  that you are hosting and others would have to join.

If there's any company thats hosting server connections I would think it might be on gamespy, if not gamespy then I imagine it's the type of game now where you need to know the other players and let them know your IP address to join your game or for you to join theres.

After briefly looking around the Internet, I see a couple old forum posts where people were listing their IP address to try to get up a multiplayer game going, so I'd have to assume that is the way most people did it back in the day when P3 was hot and new.  But maybe there is a Hamachi group or maye that other new website who's name is eluding me that is supporting a lot of multiplayer games now.  Sorry I can't remember it's name but I don't know how successful it would be to find many people still playing Patrician 3 since if I remember correctly I think it was released in 2002 or 2003 or so (7 or 8 years ago now).
