I am pleased to announce that CityBuilderGames.com, Civcityforums.com is here for one more year.  I just finished paying up the hosting bills that will take us into 2011, so the two websites can continue to stay.

I hope to be more involved in the CBG website this year and I hope that more people will be visiting us as I have plans to start sending out newsletters (you can always opt out if you should choose to do so after the first newsletter) that with the help of our dedicated members might bring back more of our member base to the site for some lively discussion of their favorite city building games.

I am no longer pursuing the My Game Forums website as I don't have the stamina nor the desire to try to compete with the existing big boys in a non niche market.  So that domain name will either expire or be sold off to somebody that might want it for their own purposes but it is/will no longer be in the family of websites that I have under my control at the moment.

I want to thank all of our core members that I see popup in the "who's online" section as I appreciate you coming back to see what's new even if there isn't much going on in the city building genre, your visits to this site are appreciated and the only reason that I continue to pay to keep the site alive.

Let's all hope that 2010 is a much bigger year for all of you and in particular CBG this coming year.
