I walk around in a forum that does have an echo from the past  Wink Wink
Seems like I do remember a tiny bit from this forum....

Where and How are you ... City Builder , Pat , Max , Sandra (get away from sims 3 now  Laughing ).

We have been over to the "other side" for almost a year now. Building us a house (kind of) there.
There was some problem with the Norwegian Wood that we wanted for that house. But it's fixed now  Laughing
It's very easy to make a visit to that place, if you have the right contact(s). I have had my contact since 1968 !
I know you don't believe this .... but really it's not as strange as it sounds !

Over to the computer Games..

I have been playing Anno 1404 the last couple of days. This last installment of Anno is great, with a deep strategy !
Just watch the temps. on your graphics cards with this game --- Anno 1404 really make your graphics card work hard.

Anno pulled me away from an RPG I was playing - Drakensang. I love that game, I love the atmosphere in Drakensang  Thumbs Up

http://www.drakensangus.com

Anyway it's nice to be back here. I hope you all are feeling great !!

Hi UC.

Sorry, you posted at a point in my life where I must have been absent from the forums  (health is still an issue at times) so I completely missed your post as I was remiss and never got around until this weekend to actually looking at the forum messages that have been posted over the past few months.

Pat is still with us, Max is not doing so well from what I've been told by (maybe it's Sandra that told me), I unfortunately don't remember the details, stroke, or heart attack, possible cancer, just not good for sure.

Did you play the campaign in 1404?  By chance you've not heard of a way to unlock the extra buildings that we have to earn the gems for to unlock in the campaign (can be earned in continuous game too but good golly could take years) have you?  I'm enjoying 1404, but I'd really like to use some of the bonus or extra unlockable content in my cities to spruce them up.

Yah 1404 was heating up my computer good, so I had Samantha cut a square in the side door of my new Gateway so that I could add a 120mm fan in there, it dropped the temps 10°c on the CPU and 12°c on the GPU (at idle anyway, which also means lower under load).

Anyway, sorry it took so long, completely missed this post as I did most posts when I was down and out not feeling well, but nice to see you have popped up from the woodwork again.

Hope all is well with you.
