I just wish I could enter the buildings and have a peek. 

Now you know you can't do that UC....the residents would get all offended and complain to the City Council ......who would throw you in the slammer for abusing a citizens rights...while in the slammer your house would be demolished to make way for some more working places....making you homeless..therefore not meeting conditions for parole....you would be soooo mad that you'd deck the governor....thus sentencing you to a further 6 years for GBH.....and all because you wanted to peek!!!
